Moses Hart, CPA
Co-founder & CEO
Moses Hart, CPA — Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Moses leads OFP and its accounting and tax practice. He is a CPA with 30 years of experience in accounting and tax, with subject-matter expertise in tax.
Most recently, he served as Global Senior Tax Director at a publicly traded technology company, where he oversaw the entire tax function, including federal, state and international returns, quarterly and annual tax provisions, internal controls, and tax due diligence on acquisitions. Before that he spent nearly a decade as Tax Director at Sirius XM, where he brought the company’s tax compliance in-house from outside firms. He also held senior tax roles at OpenText, MedImmune and Lockheed Martin, where he was the youngest employee ever promoted to Assistant Tax Manager.
Moses began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, preparing returns for corporations, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals. He later founded and ran his own independent accounting and tax practice, serving individuals and small businesses alongside larger corporate clients such as Constellation Energy, McCormick and AstraZeneca. Throughout his career he has represented clients in federal and state tax audits, led teams of accounting and tax professionals, and advised on mergers and acquisitions.
Moses holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and has been a licensed CPA since 1999.

Alan-Michael Hill, J.D.
Alan-Michael is a Partner of Obsidian Financial Partners, where he focuses on the firm’s strategic direction, acquisitions, and advisory initiatives across the platform.

Alan-Michael brings broad transactional, investing, and capital markets experience developed through prior roles in investment banking and structured credit. Prior to Obsidian, he was a Director at Apollo Global Management, where he focused on structured finance investments across non-bank lenders and operating businesses spanning a variety of asset classes. In this role, Alan-Michael evaluated investment opportunities, optimized complex capital structures, and partnered with management teams to finance strategic growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Alan-Michael was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he advised commercial banks, insurance companies and agencies, and specialty finance businesses on strategic, financing, capital markets, and merger & acquisition matters.

Alan-Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics also from the University of Pennsylvania.
Anthony Perry
Co-founder & Partner
Anthony is a Partner of Obsidian Financial Partners, where he focuses on the firm’s strategic direction, acquisitions, and operational advisory initiatives across the platform.

Anthony brings broad operational, strategic, and value creation experience developed through prior roles in private equity operations and management consulting. Prior to Obsidian, Anthony was an Operations Executive at KKR, where he led operational improvement and value creation initiatives across the firm’s private equity portfolio. In this role, he partnered with management teams to identify cost savings, implement operational synergies, and drive performance enhancement initiatives across businesses representing more than $10 billion in asset value. Earlier in his career, Anthony was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives across a variety of industries.Â
