Moses Hart, CPA, is Chief Executive Officer of Obsidian Financial Partners, where he leads the firm’s day-to-day operations, client service delivery, and professional practice initiatives across the platform.

Moses brings more than 25 years of experience across accounting, tax planning, compliance, and advisory services developed through leadership roles in public accounting, corporate tax, and consulting. Prior to Obsidian, Moses held tax leadership and advisory roles across a range of organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lockheed Martin, and Sirius XM Holdings, in addition to operating his own independent tax consulting practice. Most recently, Moses served in senior tax leadership roles focused on complex tax strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational best practices.

Throughout his career, Moses has advised businesses and individuals on tax planning, compliance, process improvement, and financial operations across a variety of industries. His experience spans both large institutional organizations and entrepreneurial businesses, providing a practical and operationally focused perspective to client service and firm leadership.

Alan-Michael Hill, J.D.
Alan-Michael is a Partner of Obsidian Financial Partners, where he focuses on the firm’s strategic direction, acquisitions, and advisory initiatives across the platform.

Alan-Michael brings broad transactional, investing, and capital markets experience developed through prior roles in investment banking and structured credit. Prior to Obsidian, he was a Director at Apollo Global Management, where he focused on structured finance investments across non-bank lenders and operating businesses spanning a variety of asset classes. In this role, Alan-Michael evaluated investment opportunities, optimized complex capital structures, and partnered with management teams to finance strategic growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Alan-Michael was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he advised commercial banks, insurance companies and agencies, and specialty finance businesses on strategic, financing, capital markets, and merger & acquisition matters.

Alan-Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics also from the University of Pennsylvania.
Anthony Perry

Anthony is a Partner of Obsidian Financial Partners, where he focuses on the firm’s strategic direction, acquisitions, and operational advisory initiatives across the platform.

Anthony brings broad operational, strategic, and value creation experience developed through prior roles in private equity operations and management consulting. Prior to Obsidian, Anthony was an Operations Executive at KKR, where he led operational improvement and value creation initiatives across the firm’s private equity portfolio. In this role, he partnered with management teams to identify cost savings, implement operational synergies, and drive performance enhancement initiatives across businesses representing more than $10 billion in asset value. Earlier in his career, Anthony was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives across a variety of industries.Â
